Vegan Neapolitan Milkshake

It's Friday and you know that means, it's time to party. For example; tonight I went grocery shopping, went for a run, made some food, practiced some yoga, and watched a few episodes of Ellen. Getting wild around here. But really, I'm not complaining. I enjoyed it! I know you're all curious as to how I managed to fuel myself for the entire evening of excitement and I'm here to tell you just how I did it.

*Drumroll*

This neapolitan milkshake did the trick! Yesss, I drank this shake and was able to bounce around all night, lovin' life.

There are probably about 3-4 servings in this recipe if you want to share it with a friend or two. But if not, I get it. I didn't want to share either. (I didn't have anyone to share with. But even if I did, I probably wouldn't have shared anyways.) Basically what I'm saying is that you can have all of this recipe and still feel like the super awesome person that you are. Plus, my serving sizes are just an estimation of what is a decent serving size. Eat as much or as little as you'd like!

Instead of the "typical" neapolitan shake consisting of chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla; this shake has vanilla, raspberry, and chocolate. I did this mainly for those of you who are aware of raw food combining and want to steer clear of the banana-strawberry combination. But if you're someone who doesn't care/have a problem with strawberries and bananas together; then feel free to replace the raspberries with strawberries. But I promise you that the raspberries are really great in this recipe!
