Grilled Fruit Kabobs

Okay, so it might be a little too early for grilling season. But I'm excited for it nonetheless. I mean, who doesn't get excited to cook outside and not have a huge mess in the kitchen?! Actually, I still had a mess in the kitchen. But it could have been worse. Plus, grilling is fun! That's why I'm bringing you these fruit kabobs. We had a super awesome day here yesterday with lots of sunshine and warmth. Perfect grilling weather. So I grabbed all of the fruit that I had (which isn't as much as I would like, but we'll manage) and grilled these! I made a side of my favorite chocolate ever and dipped the kabobs into it. Mmm.

I used pineapple, banana, apples, and strawberries for these kabobs because those are some tasty grilled fruits. If you'd rather switch it up and use other fruits, go for it!! Just report back to me if you do because I want to try the combos you create too! Back to the fruit though. You can make as many or as few of these as you'd like. I used a quick and easy combo to make these grill up nice and tasty. So you can use that and get to grilling. Or if you'd prefer to eat these as is, they're just as delicious doing that too. So many choices (and fruits) at your fingertips. YES.
