In 2012 I started this blog and very quickly started sharing my journey; mainly revolving food, exercise, and travel. I loved the connection that I was able to make with others by sharing online and it’s still something that I truly cherish.
I’ve struggled with chronic health issues for a long time, which initially sparked my interest in food and healing my body. It’s been a long journey, a lot of which has been shared here in some capacity, and one that is continuous. I have finally found the root causes of my health struggles (hello Lyme, co-infections, mold, etc.) and that keeps me committed and passionate about sharing my discoveries, tips, and experiences with others. I believe that together we can work together and heal whatever we are going through with great emphasis on food and lifestyle.
In 2020 I discovered that I was living in toxic mold which propelled me down the path where I am finally able to truly address everything, live in a slow and mindful way, and finally begin to heal. After going through my experience with mold, I knew that I had to help others and I am currently going through a program that will provide me with the credentials to assist others in healing and finding the root causes of their health issues, too.
