Somehow I’ve kind of gotten into coffee? By kind of, I mean that as I sit and type this I have a headache and I’m blaming the caffeine because I have never been a strong enough person to handle the caffeine in coffee. I want to be that person. I wanna hang with the coffee crowd. I just don’t think my body is into it.

If you are a coffee person though and your body is like, “YEAH CAFFEINE, YEAH” then this drink is for you. Five simple ingredients and if you’re feeling extra fancy you can grab a whisk and get a little foam action going on too. Your coffee, your choice though. I just like to give options!
1/4 cup coffee
1/4 cup cashew milk
1 teaspoon lucuma powder
Pinch of salt
In a small saucepan combine ingredients. Heat until warm. Pour into glass and stir vigorously to create foam, if desired. Top with cinnamon. Serve, enjoy!
