It’s been a bit since I’ve been here to share a smoothie recipe. I think that’s probably because I haven’t been drinking smoothies to share! What’s my deal? I have no idea. I used to be a smoothie queen. Drinking smoothies every single day. Not recently though.
I guess it goes in waves, just like everything else. And I think I’m going to start riding the smoothie wave, once more. That is never a bad thing, as I’m sure you know.
I got some of the best mangoes ever this past week.
They are SO GOOD. Amazing. Unbelievable. A+.
So, I’m getting ready to go for a bike ride and I made a smoothie to drink up before I left. Strawberry banana was happening. But right before blending I figured I’d toss some mango in. Because why not?
And that’s how this dreamy strawberry bnanago smoothie was born.
STRAWBERRY BANANAGO SMOOTHIE
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/4 cup almond milk
Toss everything in the blender. Blend. Serve. Enjoy!
