What I Ate Wednesday – Vegan

Coming at you today with another What I Ate post! I’m sure you figured that out already from the title. But I’m excited to share, so I had to say it twice! This is just a typical Sunday intake. Good, delicious plant foods that make my body feel amazing. 

Let’s check ’em out!

BREAKFAST


I’m not the best at getting in my greens so I try to start the morning off with them. I do it just to make sure that I’m getting them in since they’re filled with tons of nutrients and make me feel good. Plus, then I’m able to give myself the freedom to not worry about them for the rest of the day!

LUNCH


Simple equation: fries + hummus = YUM. 

SNACK


Afternoon watermelon slushie snack as I watched the thunderstorm clouds roll in. So peaceful and delicious!

DINNER


A very easy dinner tonight! I took some random things that I had cooked and tossed them in a bowl. Tonight’s special; rice, black beans, cauliflower, carrots, and broccoli. Simple and satisfying!

SNACK


Banana bread with peanut butter. One of my absolute favorite nighttime snacks!
