This really isn’t even a recipe but it’s such a big part of my life that I had to share. Now that summer is almost over (omg noooo) I am trying to consume as much watermelon as possible. This task is going quite well for me!
Before going on vacation I had a ton of watermelon that I couldn’t finish before leaving. I decided to freeze it all and use it later in smoothies. Well that never really happened because I just end up making this watermelon slush everyday, usually multiple times per day. So far today I’ve had this twice and I think I’m going back for round three here in a bit.
Hurry up and get to the store to grab the ripest, juiciest melon that you can find and make this slush before summer ends!
4 cups fresh watermelon
2 cups frozen watermelon
