Crunchy Chocolate Almond Bites – 4 Ingredients

Time goes so fast! I always feel like I should be able to accomplish so much more in a day than I actually do. I can’t though and it doesn’t make sense to me. I don’t watch tv, I don’t spend a ton of time on social media (okay, except Instagram), I don’t sleep in or lay around a lot so what the heck?! I’m either overambitious or really slow with what I do. Anyone else have this problem?!
Well if you’re right there with me then you’re going to love this recipe. You can have these crunchy chocolate almond bites made and have your dishes cleaned all within 20 minutes. That’s right, 20 minutes! And if you’re really like me then you can have them all eaten in much less time than that. Whoops.

Oh, did I mention that they’re also only 4 ingredients. Four ingredients that you’ll most likely already have hanging out in your kitchen. Yes!!

Raw Vegan Bliss BallsRaw Vegan Bliss Balls

Crunchy Chocolate Almond Bites

makes 10 balls

2 cups dates
2/3 cup almonds
4 tablespoons cacao powder
2 tablespoons maple syrup

Blend together all ingredients leaving bits of almonds still not completely blended. Remove from blender. Roll into medium sized balls. Serve, enjoy!

Store in refrigerator for up to 7 days.
