Post Holiday Green Smoothie

Hello friends! How’s it going!? It’s been a while and I apologize. I’ve been doing holiday things! A lot of the time during the holiday’s we eat lots of things that we wouldn’t normally eat and we just get out of our normal routines, which is all totally okay!! But sometimes it leaves us feeling not so great and that’s why I’m here with a great smoothie to help you feel your best.

I drink a smoothie pretty much everyday. They’re one of my favorite things and the possibilities for them are endless! So much smoothie excitement in my life each day. I hope that you guys get just as excited about smoothies as I do. Make it fun!

Post Holiday Green Smoothie

serves 1

2 fresh bananas
1 frozen banana
2 large handfulls of spinach
1 mango
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon hemp seeds

Blend all ingredients in blender. Serve, enjoy!
