At this point I’m pretty sure that we’re all aware that I’m all about desserts. Cakes, cookies, ice creams, truffles, pies, tarts; you get it. Desserts. Mmm.
But I can’t go around eating dessert all day. Which really is such a shame. But no worries, I make sure to fit it into my day at some point or another. So the other day after I worked on a new dessert recipe (coming soon, yay) I decided to throw together something considered as an actual meal and here it is.
This is more of an inspiration for you to create your own romaine wraps than anything else. You can get as creative as you want with these or you can follow the recipe exactly as I’m giving it to you. It’s good, I promise!
Tahini Romaine Wraps
2 large romaine lettuce leaves
1 cup cooked brown rice
2 cups steamed veggies; green beans, peas, corn, carrots, edamame
Combine rice and veggies together in a large bowl. Fill lettuce leaves equally with rice and veggies. Drizzle with as much tahini as desired. Serve, enjoy!
