Chocolate Xtreme Blizzard

It’s been over a week since I posted a recipe involving chocolate. Crazy, right?! I figured I should share with you something awesome, something super chocolatey and super delicious. A Chocolate Xtreme Blizzard. Mmmm.

The base of the blizzard is a thick and creamy chocolate ice cream. What’s so special about that, you ask. Well interspersed inside that smooth chocolate ice cream is little pieces of brownie bites. Soft and gooey; complimenting the ice cream like no other. I know your mouth is probably watering just thinking about this now, right? Well wait, there’s more. You’ll want to add cacao nibs as well to give your blizzard that extra crunch and burst of flavor.  Three similar yet very different components inside one glass/bowl/blender/etc. coming together to give you pure chocolate happiness.

    • Hi Houda, I have not tried to use coconut butter instead of coconut oil so I can’t guarantee results. Replacing the coconut oil with coconut butter will give it a much richer texture. But I say give it a try! Good luck 🙂
