I love brownies. Honestly I really really really love them. But I never actually make them and I have no idea why. It’s almost as if I forget how good they are sometimes. I don’t think that will be the case any longer though.
I’ve been planning on creating a brownie recipe for a while now. It’s finally here though. So prepare yourself for rawsome goodness.
These are super easy and mess-free to make too! That’s always a huge plus for me because I really hate cleaning up all the messes that I make in the kitchen.
As you guys know, I really don’t brag about the recipes I create. But.. these. are. amazing.
Raw Vegan Brownies
3/4 cup oats
1/4 cup ground flax seed
1/4 cup cashews
1 1/2 cup dates (pitted)
1/4 cup cacao (or cocoa)
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
1/2 tbsp agave
Blend oats, flax seed, and cacao together in a blender or food processor. Once combined add dates, cashews, and agave. Then add coconut oil. Blend it up until everything’s completely incorporated. Spread mixture in a pan and put in the fridge for about an hour.
As you can see, I couldn’t wait for them to be refrigerated. I had two right out of the pan. Oops 😉
If you’re not following a vegan diet, are you still willing to try vegan foods or do you stick to your traditional meals?

Definitely nothing not to like about healthy brownies like yours 🙂 can also use macadamia oil to enhance the nuttiness if you’re feel like it.x
